charming stay in a perfect location

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast offered lots of variety, even a vegan menu. the bed was comfortable. the room was larger than i expected. I checked in slightly late with no issues.
The room lacked proper storage. It was not configured as expected.

The room included a king-size bed with premium bedding. there was a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs. complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities were also available. The bathroom was equipped with luxury toiletries and a rainfall shower.

the hotel is close to the town center. nearby attractions such as ross castle and the killarney national park are within easy reach. several restaurants and pubs are a short walk away, though the parking was expensive!

the breakfast was good.
i was so disappointed! the photos do not represent what i found. the hotel sits on a very busy street and the gardens are poorly kept.

excellent stay
warm welcome daily plans cheerful atmosphere
Maura at reception greeted me warmly. She assisted with daily plans. I enjoyed a tour of the hotel. Ruth, the waitress, was very experienced and interacted well with guests during dinner. The food was fantastic.
I found the room configuration somewhat impractical. a slat wall partially obstructed the view of the tv from the bed. the bathroom was very small. i would have appreciated more space to store personal items .

The room featured a spacious layout and comfortable beds. I got a great night's sleep. Bathroom facilities included a big showerwith excellent water pressure, thus it was a pleasant experience. The room itself was decorated very nicely.

Breakfast service was attentive, and the staff addressed all requests promptly. A separate vegan menu was available and featured alternative milks . The location offers morning walks, and deer graze peacefully in the nearby field each morning. what a lovely view.

The food in the dining room was of good quality. The staff helped with dry cleaning. Breakfast offered good food choices.
Lighting for makeup was not good in the bathroom. The wooden step into the bathroom needs fixing. It was not safe. A handle in the shower would add safety.

strange taste breakfast absence
The hotel coffee sat in the closet which struck me as odd. I found the breakfast underwhelming. My scrambled eggs tasted strange. The salmon seemed less than fresh so I skipped it. I didn't see any fresh juice either. I thought that lacking these things was a bit much for a supposed four-star hotel
